Blocked ears can affect your hearing, cause discomfort, and leave you feeling frustrated. Our ear care service includes a comprehensive ear examination and, where appropriate, safe ear wax removal during the same appointment.
Using specialist equipment, we carefully assess both ears to identify whether ear wax is present and determine the most suitable course of action.

Before Your Appointment
To help soften ear wax and improve the likelihood of successful removal, we recommend using olive oil ear drops for 3-5 days before your appointment, unless you have been advised otherwise by a healthcare professional.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
This policy helps us offer appointment availability to other patients who may be waiting for treatment.
